Hybrid Hearings Effective September 5, 2023 - On September 5, 2023, the Court will move from telephonic to hybrid hearings in all divisions unless otherwise ordered. Please see specific instructions for each Judge HERE.
Current Status of In-Person Court Appearances - On March 11, 2021, Hon. Diane Davis, Chief Judge of the NDNY Bankruptcy Court signed Administrative Order 21-02 regarding the Court’s in-person proceedings during the COVID-19 pandemic. Read more.
